Description

This is another of my seascapes taken at Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach on the Oregon Coast. Thousands of people walk along this beach each day and yet there is a peaceful serenity that envelops you there and draws you in... so much so that one does not even notice the hours slipping away. I wanted to capture that peacefulness in this photograph by expanding on the softness of the texture and colour.
