Six out of the seven species of sea turtles are either endangered or on the verge of extinction. Part of HWF�s work is to help save Hawaiian sea turtles by closely monitoring nesting and hatching activities, educating the public, collecting data, restoring nesting habitats, cleaning up beaches, and responding to turtles in trouble.
